Gunner McCain of McCain Consulting, are a highly incompetent, disorganized and totally incapable organization. He and his staff are not capable of producing a design for a camp never mind a home.

I am disgusted to have come across this total incompetent, oxygen thief of a so called engineer. Hell I recently learned this guy is NOT even an engineer, he is not a surveyor, or a land planner, he cannot even design an above ground system, he pushes you to the MOST expensive system available where his relatives / friends are there to sell you an inflated priced septic system.

To pay Gunner McCain and his staff is to place your money in a furnace and turn it on high!

I am not usually the person to write something poorly of another company but after my experience with this man I find it only prudent to WARN everyone everywhere about this crook.
