Ripoff disregarding 15 day grace period fraudulent late charges

Sometime in March my wife I refinance with H&R Block, shortly after that H&R Block tranfered our mortgage to one their servicing company.

Well, they were wheeling and dealing so, they forgot to pay our taxes on time so, they had to pay a late charge.
At a later date they tried to add it into our mortgage payment, well, we refuse to pay it.

Before we knew, they had tranfered us to select portfolio servicing. (for those you who do not know select portfolio servicing is their new name.)
There was a class action a couple years ago where they just changed their name and continue bussiness as usual.
At this time I am still having problems with them not hororing the grace period that is in the mortgage contract.

Select Portfolio Servicing is a servicing company for H&R Block, in fact Select Portfolio Servicing is a servicing company for many mortgage companies.
After that class action againt Select portfolio servicing I don't have any trust in the FTC nor the CPA.
They have you sign off on not filing additional charges if you agree to let them handle it

And they are the only ones that get something out of it, they are just as fraudulent as Select Portfolio Servicing, talking about the FTC and the CPA.
