Just a little understanding would be nice

I am not happy with dell at all i hear a lot about their cp so my first and ony cp i got was from dell i have had it four years have had nothing but trouble i had to pay them for help to fix it i was going to send it back but i would of cost me more to send it back then to keep it but how i wish i would of sent it back. I have their credit card my first mistake because the rates are higher the high 29% later fee are bad and they dont care if something has happened the call you every day if you have a late payment at lest 15times aday ask you how mush you will pay and if you time them you can because of a lost job or a kids was sick and you had to take them to the doctor or you had to eat they dont care i wrote a letter and email the company asking for a little understanding never heard a thing between late fees and % rates and the other things i have had to order to gwt my cp working my 400.00 cp has cost me over1500.00 and all i get from customer service is well can you get the money from a family member to pay your bill well i can said to that is can the ceo of dell can you get the money from you family members to pay your bills becauses with heating bills so high and house payments getting higher everyday and so many losing jobs the one like my self working are butt off and not making ends meets should not have to be call and made feel like they are nobodys because the cant afford there payments yes i am late on my payments and as i told your phone reps when i get it youll get untill then you dont need to call me 20 times day tell me i need to ask my family to pay my bill if i every get this dell paid off i will never own a nother one not because of the cp it self but because ofthe people i would have to deal with and the cost i would have to pay
