Billing ripoff no customer service

Eturned from vacation and saw my dell bill was due the next day so I went online to pay only to find out that they don't do online payments can you believe it dell dose'nt due online payments. So I called the customer service number to pay by phone and was informed the charge to pay by phone was $10:00 (ripoff) maybe if they did'nt use a Indian call center they would'nt have to charge so much!

Paid my bill to avoid late fees but decided to complain to dell managment becuase I read a newspaper article about Indian call centers stealing from U. S customers bank accounts and wanted to let them (dell) know that I was not comfortable using thier service. Guess what you can only talk with the indians about there customer service I called 8 different Dell numbers and who do you think answered them all!

Do you really think they would forward a unfavorable complaint about themselves I think not. I hope that people will relize that Dell dos'nt care about there customers after the sale I will never purchase from them again
