Brian Smith IFriends Customer Service ripoff FOR ABOUT 1000 DOLLAR

I enter the site for the fee of 1 dollar payed with visa
promised that this is once. The site is completly free..
If i looked 2 days later on the internet to my visa account they ipped me for about 1000 dollar..
I wrote an email to them for refund. And they said they will refund, but is this a standard letter or will they refund?

The sayd 2 billing cycles but that's 60 days and i think after that period no changes to get the money back..
Please help... My account is cancelled. VISA said they can do NOTHING
