Service Shut off - After Arrangement

After getting a disconnect notice, I named Nicor to request easily might spend half my complete statement (present costs plus late sum). The repetition explained that I really could do that after which got my check by telephone cost.

When I got house that night, my support had been already turn off. The only real description I had been provided after I called back was the "repetition didn't begin to see the disconnection order".

I'm just one parent and that I haven't had something disconnected, turn off, or reclaimed.
