Round the end-of september, I'd submitted a with BBB about nicor gas since I settled an enormous gasoline bill last nov. To get our gasoline back on. Hoping to obtain back on the right track with this expenses, nicor had never delivered us a gasoline bill directly after we settled entirely. We'd named numerous occasions wondering where our expenses are since we didnt need would like to get behind again. We ultimately get one in April. Here we're back with another large bill. Finally after switching them in to the BBB, we obtain a cost program. They stated dend $200.76 and spend $150.57 plus present statement and I decided to that. I told them i required a few months to obtain the total amount to deliver to them. All was agreed. So I deliver them 2 money orders at the same time, 2 wks later. Today they are saying they closed our gasoline down since I had been overdue using the $200.76. They mentioned the day due was Aug. 8th, when it will have now been the 14th and undoubtedly they dont have any report of this, but that was created during the time we were coping with the BBB, gasoline organization and my home. Today they need $465.68 to obtain this gasoline switched back on. I dont have that type of cash putting around, and so Iam requesting to obtain this gasoline switched on instantly and obtain back on our cost agreement that people decided to. Iam doing my part-they didnt do theirs. Nicor may be the only people we've issues with. Thanks for almost any support you are able to provide us... Professionally, Susan Stichte
