I bought a house in Elgin Illinois that's a foreclosure home and did not perform a house examination since I have understood the financial institution wont do any repairs anyway. Following the final I named Nicor fuel to inform them that I had been the brand new operator of the home and have to link support. Because the prior operator did not spend the statement they disconnected the meter from outside the house plus they explained that to ensure that them for connecting the support again it'll occupy to 2 months in order for them to deliver someone to place a brand new meter. It's winter months and that I told them that's difficult to reside in a home without gasoline and all of the explained is nothing they are able to do.in my opinion this really is occurring simply because they do not have any opposition normally they'll look after the clients like all of the telephone companies. They understand when they do not do the things they are suppose to complete we proceed to someone else.
