Tenant gas bill put in lanlords name

Okay heres it's. I've had enough I've 20 rental houses and Nicor has selected to cost me the gasoline expenses the tenants haven't compensated. I've been battling this work for all weeks. I'm stressed-out they've use it my credit. Nicor really back dates the gasoline expenses and costs me for this. I should show it's not mine. What is the fact that? I never told them or closed something stating they might do this. I actually place accounts on my balances to ensure that don't occur. Nicor stated they are able to get it done not their problem. I spend my gasoline bill not my tenants. I'd prefer to begin a class-action suit. I've attended the ICC plus they work with Nicor they explained. Go figure. Who's heading get this?
