I ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses from this company off of Amazon. I received the item and decided to return them for a refund. That was in January. Well, I contacted Amazon who sent them an email to respond to my request for a refund and I'm still waiting. There were several complaints on the Amazon feedback site about them basically "stealing" customers money.
