Frudulent practice of assurances of buyer ptotection

Like ebay, Amazon stets that it offers buyer protection which i discovered is blatant lie just like ebay. Buy a book off Amazon by one of it's sellers... And it never shows up. Complaint to seller and they can ignore you. Complain complain and complain and silence! Amazon will not even respond. So just like my experiences on ebay, being taken... Money paid, no merchandise received and no tracking numbers used so there is no record

I am out of teh payment I made for books that were never delivered and the scum bag seller will not even respond to inquiries nor will Amazon support.

May a just God d*mn them all! For being scam artists.
