Please beware of this Dead Beat Dad.

Carl WAGNER has failed to pay child support for over two years for three children from his last marriage.

As of this writing, WAGNER is delinquent over $30,000. A criminal case was filed in May in Riverside County Superior Court where WAGNER failed to appear and a warrant was subsequently issued. WAGNER's driver's and contractor's licenses were suspended due to the issuance of the warrant. An attorney appeared on WAGNER's behalf and was able to negotiate the re-instatement of the licenses pending the outcome of the hearings. The arraignment has since been postponed twice more with WAGNER still yet to appear to face the charges in court.

According to the California State Contractors Licensing Board, regarding Contractors License Number 897674, "The license may be suspended at a future date for failure to comply with one or more provisions of law."

This is important for consumers and potential clients to know. If and when this case is finally heard, any current projects that WAGNER's Company is involved in may get delayed or never finished. That Guy Construction requires deposits for jobs and monies paid to WAGNER and may be subject to seizure by the courts to satisfy WAGNER's criminal behavior and failure to follow the order of the courts.
