Healthy Colon LLC IP WEB NUTRITION Nothing is true and customer no service RIPOFF

I got the pagage that I ordered and quickly found out they shipped stuff I did not order. My credit card was charged. I called to cancel everything and I I was told by customer service that I could send back the product and get a refund. You can't send anything back to a PO Box, I was not given a mailing address. I checked the credit card and I had another $89.00 charge.
I called customer no service and asked to speak with the refund department, I was told that there was nobody to speak with and this number was for orders only. I asked to speak with his manager and I was humg up on.

I called back, maintaining composure and had to speak with another person and asked for the manager in charge. They told me that managers do not talk on the phone, I was hung up on again. Calling back a 3rd time, I was less that happy, asked to speak with a manager or the president of the company and was told that I was hindering his ability to talk to customers, I told him I was a customer and I wanted to talk to his boss, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and he came back to tell me that nobody talks on the phone but him, I asked for the name of their presidend and I was hung up on again.

Call # 4 was the same as the others but I was able to tell them that I was filing a claim against the company and I wanted my money back, he said they never give any money back to anyone and that once the product is shipped you are billed, even though I cancelled my order, he then hung up on me.

This company is a total ripoff of your account, beware do not purchase anything from them, you will be billed for stuff you never wanted and you will never be able to cancle on time as they will bill you immedately.

Don not do business with this company at all.
