Rude and Disprectful workers Ripoff

I paid my debt through Alliance One and I wanted a receipt sent to me. I was informed they would. 3 weeks later and I still have not received my receipt.

I called the company and was informed that they will fax it to me. It didn't happen that day, then I called back the next day and spoke to a lady named Nadia and a manager and was informed that they will fax it out. It didn't happen.

So I called back the following Monday 9Jul07 and spoke to Nadia again and she was rude and didn't want to help me and then told me to call back the next day to speak to a manager, I asked her why couldn't I speak to the manager today since I talked to 2 different ones on Friday and she hung up on me.

I called back she picked up again and hung up on me again. I called back 2 more times before I was able to reach the manager.

When I called back after speaking to the manager to get their address (to file a complaint) Nadia picked up and I asked her for the city and state where Alliance One is located and she said PA and then she changed it ans said Ohio. So I asked her which one is it and then she hung up on me.
