Charged for 3 Minutes of International Calls I Did Not Make

I received a bill from T-Mobile charging me for 3 minutes of International calls I didn't made on my phone.
I called their customer services to report the charges. I was told they can only refund half of the charges. After, speaking with two lousy and rude reps; I ask for my services to be cancelled less than 5 seconds this rep cancelled my services. I was unable to access my account online. I have never experiences such services before.
T-Mobile are charging their customers for services not use on their phone.
