Rude Paint Department Employee Drove Us to Shop Elsewhere

The guy in your paint department is such a miserable person that my wife and I both feel really sorry for him. However, I do not think it is appropriate for him to take it out on his customers.

We just got a new home, and we have been buying a lot from you lately. But every time we need paint, we have to take his conceited attitude when we ask a question, as if he were curing cancer or something. He gives us the cold shoulder and tries to hurt our feelings with "read between the lines" garbage. This employee really hates his job and/or his customers.

Today we decided to walk out and check out other store options for paint. We went to Lowe's, and what a difference in service. Everyone was smiling and really helpful, and they did not make you feel like you were disturbing their peace. Prices were better as well, go figure. All this time we spent our money at the wrong store. Real shame, I tell ye!!!
