I went to the paint dept at Home Depot in the Queens New York Woodhaven Blvd store needing some advise on the use of exterior paint The employee named
"Prem"
was not only helpful but smiling and cheerful even though he was very busy
I got what I needed and it was a pleasure shopping there.

Most of the time people are not friendly or helpful because they can not understand your question or just are not knowledgeable about a product.

I believe he is an excellent asset to Home depot I for once left there a happy shopper.
