I purchased laptop through Office deopot in NJ Edison location and got my PC insurance, for 2 yrs extended warranty, there was a minor problem i sent them to fix after manufacturer warranty expires, they sent be return label, once the my PC arrives in repair center, they said its not covered, and they charges me 350 extra on my credit card. Since i have no choice, i was trapped. Who will purchase Insurance thorough OFFICE DEPOT.
