Sandyport beaches resort, nassau, bahamas SANDY PORT WILL RIP U OFF! Promised us gifts and gave none! Wasted a whole day and lied to by a priest! Nassau

My friend and i were stopped to tour a resort, walking into our hotel. We were promised a ride there and back, lunch at the resort, a dinner for two, $150 in cash, a one week stay at Sandyport resort. The pastor from the Sandyport church took us on the tour. Before the tour, we questioned whether we were definitely going to receive these gifts? He assured us, we would, giving us his word, as a preacher!!! He took us over to a snackbar and let us order some burgers, the whole time giving us a sales pitch!!! He assured us we would receive all the gifts and especially the free week at Sandyport 7 nites!!! We decided to buy and he gave us a great deal. When he brought out the papers for us to sign, he raised the price from what we agreed upon. Now, i was questioning his word!!! By now we had been there from 12 pm til 5;30 or 6.!!! Now we r annoyed to have wasted our vacation day and since he would not give us the deal wwe agreed on, we asked for our gifts. He tells us everyone left and the money and vouches are locked in the safe. Gave us HIS WORD, again, that he was mailing the check to us and emailing the free week. He assured us he would do this, That we could stand up in his church and call him a liar!!! He gave us a voucher for a free dinner. He then sent us away on foot w / no ride back, saying the driver left, too. We walked out to the road and took a cab for $20 TO THE RESTAURANT on the voucher, the restaurant was out of business!!! We never received the check or the free week. This place sells million dollar homes and they rip us off. So, two months later we go back, and now it is early afternoon and the safe can be opened. We spoke to this preacher and his boss, and they gave us NOTHING!!! Do not buy there. They are liars and cheats.
