Second Oven Heating Element Burned, Starting Flames, and Repair Visit Fee Disputed

We had the oven heating element replaced while still under warranty 1.5 years ago. Now, this SECOND element burned, starting flames in the oven and melting a piece to the bottom of the oven! This is apparently a known problem and I do not think I should have to pay for a repair visit. I found lots of similar problems on line. Don't buy one of these.
