Does not pay her employees even if they are her family

I worked for this company the owner is my neice her name is Linda Sedgwick after working for her for over a month she keeps saying that the company she sub contracted for did not pay her yet which is hard to believe since she told me she would pay me when she got paid by them and then when i told her i was contacting the irs on her she said i wasnt her employee she is a scam artist when she hired me she said she would have me fill fill out the income tax papers when she made payroll and she never made payroll so what ever you do dont work for her if you want a pay check
