I want my money

I was hired by the owner of Travis Restraunt as a waitress and was told to report at 9:00 am on Thursday the 17 of June. I was also told at that time to report on Monday the 21st. The first day was training, there was a misunderstanding with the tips with the girl (Nicole) whom was training me. I left at 3:30 pm and was told Linda the owner would call me regarding continuing employment and to fill out my employee paper work. I have called several times requesting Linda to call me and she does not return my call. I have stopped in at the restraunt to fill out my paperwork and she is always unavailable. I want to be paid for my hours worked and at the least a return call from Linda. What do I do?
