Watchout for Parker Cleaning Services, INC. A.K. A scammers. They Sub Contract And Then Don't Pay

Our company was doing sub-contracting work for Parker Cleaning Services, INC. They had the actual contracts with the construction companies we just did the work. We found out that the construction companies didn't want the work to be subbed out.

When they (the construction companies) asked us about it we told them the truth. At the time they asked we did not know we were not supposed to be sub contracting for Parker Cleaning Services, INC. Because Parker Ceaning Services was lying to us. Needless to say the construction owners were not happy and that jepardized our companies name as well. The owners (construction) stated they do not like liers, but was aware this was not our fault.

It has been well over a month since payment was due and still no payment from Parker Cleaning Services! Stay away from Parker Cleaning Services. They bid low on contracts then sub them out to other cleaning companies and give a 70-30 split if you can get them to pay you for the work you have done. So its not worth sub contracting for Parker Cleaning Services. You will only get riped off and scammed or even have your company receive a bad rep from Parker Cleaning Services unauthorized and/or wrong doings!
