Unfortunately Bank of Americas payroll service is INCOMPLETE as they do NOT support all the boxes on a W-2 form. If you use their service you will need to manually fill out all your w-2's and submit them to the IRS yourself. They in no way should be calling themselves a payroll service as they do not allow you to complete all the required legal boxes on IRS forms.
