I cannot believe I am about to write this complaint and this because I am not even a customer of theirs. I mean I wanted to become one but have decided to not do it.
Last week, 7/24 I attempted to initiate a service request for RoadRunner service only. OK I find some lead online

At first glance when you see this link, you're thinking it's Time Warner themselves right? But noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! IT's some company called Offerwire.com, you know a third party vendor!

Anyway, so I start the process give my credit card number have them call me to verify process and at some point I am told I'll a router and a modem. So I ASK THEM, do you have 2-in-1 box? Their response?"Ill request it." So I go NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I tell them SPECIFICALLY do not place the order, I'll contact you again after I had purchased a 2-in-1 box.

Sure enough they never listened to me, Tuesday 7/27/200 I get an e-mail from Offerwise.com advising me my order, router and modem are on their way and here's the tracking number!

I contact them immediately and explain I NEVER AUTHORIZED this order and it appears that FedEx will never deliver the boxes. I then had to call my American Express and explain what happened so the charges on my card will be denied.

Now I am thinking let me go and explain to Time Warner Cable what happened so maybe they'll be understanding and start the order personally since I live in NYC and maybe give me a 1-2 free.

But nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! I was greeted with extreme rudeness, obstinate attitude and I was treated like I was a fly they needed to swat away! Like some other poster has suggested here, these people look like they're ex-convicts and Time Warner Cable pays them minimum wages thus the nasty people working @ Time Warner Cable.

I am so HAPPY that commercials are hammering away @ Time Warner like you can't imagine. I mean I am glad I am not signing up with this monopoly since after all that's what this crooked comapny is, isn't?
