Time warner cable/roadrunner
Sent me to collections for a modem that was taken from my house from their agent who installed my internet in my new apartment

I moved to some new house. I named timewarner cable to stop my previous consideration since I did not understand after I could be ready to show it back on. I named jose from the flyer that puts providers for Timewarner Cable. He directed somebody out to set up web and wire providers. I offered my previous modem towards the Broker to set up with out me understanding, he got my previous modem and mounted a brand new device. The Broker did not include the previous device to their system-so That Point Warner wire could be ready to determine that it had been delivered. Weeks later I receive an assortment notice without having any updates from Timewarner. I named client solutions four differing times with no one hepled me. I actually requested to talk to a supervisor, he was not ready to complete something about that scenario, to create things worse he began to claim with me as though I took the device. This entire scenario triggered my credit rating to become really low. I had been planning on purchasing a house that I place an offer on. There's no means I will purchase it. I actually donot understand what to complete.
