Ripoff, Sent money to get luggage and never recieved the luggage!

I recieved a brochure informing me that I could pick from several items. This company sent different amounts for items I (won) could pick from. I was so excited I won and sent$ 65.00 thinking they gave me the 400 dollors for luggage. We have yet to see the luggage and have no way of getting a hold of this company!
