Corporate Headquarters lost my luggage, and hasd not paid my money for lost luggage this has been going on since June, I want to file a rip off report. They will not pay the money and hey are a rip off

I want to file a complaint against Greyhound bus company they have not found my luggage I filed a report way back in June, and they sent me a letter stating that they will not pay for my luggage, so i want them to know that they are a ripoff compaNY. I WANT MY MONEY OR MY luggage.
