Epic Valet
Former employee agrees

Miscellaneous

As the work force decreased, I decided to pick up a part-time job to make my life easier. I decided to fill out an application with Epic Valet and was hired a few days later. As I do agree with the previous posts, Epic Valet needs to take a few business classes. The owner of the company runs his company out of his car with his best friend. I have never had a problem with a paycheck as I mostly relied on my tips.

I do agree that seniority based companies never succeed.in order to get extra hours, you must text message another employee and ask if you could pick up their shift. Some of the shifts paid great money, others, and you made $3. I was very disappointed that we were responsible to go to the bank and deposit the money collected.

I do not believe this should be the responsibility of the employee. Several times I picked up shifts that employees said I would make great money and I wouldn't park a single car. I decided to leave the company after I did not receive the proper respect that I think I deserved. I wish JC (or the owner) the best but I think he needs to look more into how his company is being run.
