No Paycheck for 3 months

I started working for this company on 5/6/08, its a valet parking company so you get paid tips for the day, but you also get a hourly rate. My first day i had to fill up an application that way i could get paid, 2 weeks past by and still no paycheck, the manager told me they couldnt find my paperwork so if i could please fill it out again.

3 weeks past again and still no paycheck, i called the manager David jimenez and he said that the owner is very busy and they are working on it. This went on for 2 months and no paycheck. I decided to call the owner Jordan Rodewald to see what was going on, he did not even know i worked for him, and he made fill up an application again and he wanted me to send him proof af all the hours that i worked which accumulated to around 85 hours. I made a copy of all the hours and gave it to the manger david jimenez so he could give the hours to him.

After 2 weeks still no paycheck, i called the owner jordan and he said he never received the hours and told me to make a spreadsheet with the hours and dates and send it to his email. Desperate for my money I made the spreadsheet and now 3 weeks past and still no paycheck. I called the owner yesterday and he has not checked his emailed and now he needs a hard copy of the hours!

Jordan and david have giving the runa around for about 5 months now. I need my paycheck in full or im getting a lawyer.
