I have called CVS Caremark over the last 3 weeks, repreatedly to correct an issue in their computer so NYS EPIC will cover some of the cost of my prescriptions. The agents/supervisors are rude and have given me the same response each and every time i have called which is they are working on it. I am told by EPIC is all CVS Caremark has to do is call EPIC and they will walk them through the computer to put in the proper coding, problem solved. EPIC sent a memo to all druggists as to what to do to their computers a month ago. My deductible is not applied by EPIC due to this problem, I am owed a return of money as I am now overpaid because EPIC cannot apply my deductible or return my money due to CVS Caremark. As I am a senior on Medicare I find CVS extremely negligent that after 3 weeks, they continue to tell me they are working on it. While "they are working on it" I am paid more than I should have and any money due me is still held up because of CVS Caremark. Now I see in the newspaper that the government is involved as the CVS Caremark merger has harmed consumers and the FTC is urging a dissolution of the CVS merger. I don't have to wonder why!!
