They took my husbands card info and gv 2 othr companies without permission!

My husband saw the commercial on tv and called the number he told them he only wanted the listings of homes free for thirty days like they sd on the tv and then they took his card info and the next thing we know we are sent junk mail for companies we knew nothing about! I called our bank and was told we were overdrawn and these companies had charged his card with things he did not ask for we called our bank and reported fraud on our acct then we called crs and was told all calls are recorded and that my husband did gv permission well we just rec a message on our answering machine that they made the mistake and we were in fact in the right!!! They did not rec permission from my husband this to me is not good enough!!! These people ruined my good standing with my bank and we are trying to buy a home!!! It does not look good they should send me something in writting saying they made the mistake so that i can still try to fix our bank acct the only people they are helping is them selfs! They all have a quota to make and they are making money by ripping people off i am also going to call the tv station that airs this commerical and tell them it is a scam!!!
