Ripoff I want to know how they took money out of my account without permission

I checked my balance by phone and there was a withdrawal for 139.95 and I didn't remember any of it. I ask my husband about it and he didn't know anything about it either. I called the bank and they gave me the name mwi homeworks plus.

I have never heard of that so I called them and it was the automated service and I cancelled it, but I never signed up for it in the first place and i want to know how they got my acct # and took it out of my checking acct without my permission. It better STOPPPPPP.
I will go further if this keeps up. Just wanted to let people out there know that they can get your acct # without you knowing.
