Said free gift, then information screen came up. I filled in info to get free gift. It was used to take money out of bank account and issue a credit card i did not want

I had just gotten a computer for the first time ever. I was trying to familarize myself with keys and computer in general. This ad comes up on screen for a free gift, so i clicked on to free gift. A screen pops up asking for info. And saying your almost there to your free gift, just a few more steps.

Well i filled in info. They ask, assuming it was for register for free gift. Well they took info. And issued a usa credit card for on line shopping, and also took money out of bank account without mine or my husbands knowledge. My husband [micheal] got bank statement and saw this card company had debited the account for a little over $400.00 dollars. We did not even receive anything in mail from company before they took money from bank. So we finally got info.

In mail and then started calling company to cancel out anymore transactions, from bank and we never used card. They say they can cancel card, but its been more than 60 days since issuing card. Well that is not our problem that they waited so long to send card, i guess so they could get money first. Well this whole deal is a rip off because they sure did not make themselves clear on what they were offering and that you will end up with credit card and take your money without permission.

I am the one that filled out info on free gift and have nothing to do with my husbands bank account and he sure did not give permission to this company to take any money. They issued the card in his name and withdrew money from his account. Totally wrong for this to happen.
