They charged me for something I never even ordered or heard of before. Hendersen

I was buying something at Walmart. As far as I knew, I had $100 on my credit card. It was denied twice. I called my credit company to find out what the problem is and the rep told me there was a hold on my card by a company by the name of DWB The Grant Express and she gave the phone number listed above. I called the company and got a rep whom I could not understand or hear.

I was already upset and he didn't help matters by continuously asking for information such as transaction date and amount. I'd already told them that the credit rep said there was no specific charge. The Grant Express rep kept telling me that they charge $1.98 for the trial and $69.95 after 7 days. I told him I had never ordered their service to begin with. I didn't want to apply for any grants. That was this morning. He also kept telling me to get the exact amount of the charge and date.

I came home and called my credit company, got the information and called The Grant Express back with that information requesting that they cancel the service and the charge as it is still pending. The rep I talked to, this time, told me that she had cancled the service and if the charge goes through to call them back to reverse the Charge. I got her name and noted today's date. I will definitely call back when that charge shows up.
