Misleading what looks to be to good usually is

I went online to get information on getting grants. I came across this site and thought it was only 3.95 for a CD, what can it hurt? I placed my order on Feb 17. On Feb 28 seen a a charge on my credit card for 74.95. I called my credit card company and told them this is not an authorized charge. Then I called the number on the charge and told them I wanted to cancel my order. She took my info and told me to also go on line and cancel at http://www.granthelporder.com/. So i did. Then on march 3 there was a charge of 29.95 for GRANTS/NEWSPIN86696008. I again called my credit card company and told them these charges are not authorized. They documented my complaint and told me to keep records and dates of everything. So I decided to do a little more research on this and found if you go to http://www.grantwritingexpress.com / and go to the bottom of the page and click on terms it tells you;9. Grant Help Center 7 Day Free Trial
A. User agrees to be charged by Grant Writing Express after 7 days of ordering the FREE CD in the amount of $74.95 for access to the Grant Help Center. The first day of the trial is the date of order. No refunds will be given for failure to use the requested and/or provided services.

B. The user will continue to be billed for $74.95 each month there after unless the user emails Grant Writing Express using our Contact Form or calls us at 1-888-662-8762. (see 9E)
C. If the user cancels their 7 day FREE trial to the Grant Help Center before the 7 trial days are up, the user will not be billed $74.95 or any charges thereafter.

E. To cancel the 7 Day FREE trial the user will need to contact us before midnight of the 7th day. Cancellation requests must include the following information to be canceled: First name, last name, shipping address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, date of purchase, type of payment used, last 4 digits of the credit card number used.

G. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at anytime. Please revisit these term and conditions regularly.
