Advertised free CD. Just pay shipping of $3.95. Then charged $74.95 to my credit card for 3 months

I ordered a CD from GrantHelpOrder.com (Grant Writing Express) which was advertised for free, just pay shipping of $3.95. It didn't come for a few weeks. The company did email me and say that i could download a version while i waited for the cd. I never contacted anyone by phone or online to recieve any help.

When i recieved my first statement it had the initial $3.95 charge. Next statement had a charge for 74.95. I cantacted the vendor. They said they would remove it. Next statement had another 74.95 charge added to it. I called then.

I called my credit card company and we did a three-way call with the vendor. I was told again that the charges would be removed. After another charge of 74.95 i finally saw 3 credits to my card statement. I figured that would be the end of it.

Granthelporder.com sent a rebuttal to my card company so i recieved a charge back to my account for 74.95. My card co. Sent me some paperwork which contained info from grant writing express that explained if i ordered a cd that somewhere in fine print that it was a 7 day trial which must be cancelled in order to avoid a 74.95 charge. I never recieved any such paperwork when my cd arrived almost a month after i ordered it.

I have tried to contact the merchant by phone and the number listed for them is no longer in service. How ironic.
