I cancelled my subscription after I noticed a new charge on my debit card today. It only had a phone number to call and said BUSINESS... I didn't know what was going on. I called and found out that it was Grantmaster... Ugh! I couldn't understand the guy on the phone for most of the call. But I know I got confirmation numbers for cancellation. I better get my money back that they charged to my account today!

I was told that the monthly charge was in their 'GrantMasterCD Privacy Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions'. Well, when you legitimately believe you are only buying a CD, why should you read their hidden information? You have to click on 2 separate links to see their policies, etc. To cancel you needed to send a written statement stating so.

I told the man on the phone that I only wanted the CD... And he started talking about 14 day trial crap... I did not see anything about a trial while I ordered my CD that day. I look for that stuff very carefully... I have been ripped off like that before. This is unbelievable. It's companies like this that make it so families can't feed their children! It's stealing... If people want a membership... They should be able to ask for it... Not be tricked into it!!!
