Poor packaging

Took having three tool carts deleiverd before I could keep one not so damaged as to be unusable. Item weights over 100 lbs but only has 1/4 foam packing that was totally broken up. Shipped out of China. Even the one I kept had damage, but tired of ordering and returning UPS.
