Sears pension

Received a letter dated 11/7 stating I could remove my pension and that paperwork would be sent. After waiting and not receiving anything I contacted Sears pension dept. Only to, be informed sorry the closing date was 11/19. After being a store manager of 22 years I have been trying to, get my lump sum pension out for years and there's always a reason why I can't. Now I have to wait another two years until I'm 55. I just want my pension before Sears goes out of business. But once again Sears screws it's employees. I'm just tired of the Sears games. At this point if I get my pension ok if not... I'm tired of fighting with Sears for something I'm entitled to.
