Does not honor the contract

A four year old York A/C has a major coil leak. The warranty states 10 year free labor and parts. Called the owner named Creg, said no longer works with York A/C and does not honor the warranty. Meanwhile. Another A/C installer will cost $1,200.00 labor out of my pocket to fix the problem. The person responsible is AZ Paradise, and needs to either fix or pay said amount. I ask 12 on your side to please help and resolve this issue. Thank you. Livia Keresztes.
