We purchased a 14 seer 5 ton Goodman Air Conditioner w / Heat pump inside on August 4. The coil had a leak in it which is under warranty but the installer charged us labor and we don't think it's fair. We called Consumer Affairs and we have also talked to the Distributor of Goodman to see if the installer will be reimbursed for labor charges. No one will assist us. I will never deal with Goodman or the installer again.
