They don't have enough brains to do anything right. When you get one on telephone they can't understand any thing you say, and you can't understand them. They always got your bill screwed up.

They lie to you they steal from you, and your service gets cut off.

My advice is read a book or get another satalite company, these jerks, will never get it together. They are in buiness to rip you off. You pay to watch programming you choose and not paid programming for them to sell something.

Their programming consist of junk noone wants to see, and junk for them to sell something.
