Dishnetwork, Dish Network Echostar Rebate Scam ripoff

We were promised $100 - $10 for 10 months for adding HD programming - sent priority mail with confirmation with everything the asked for and the form I had to download from the website. Heard nothing for months - then in early August - 3 days before the offer expires - they sent me my form back saying I hadn't enclosed a copy of the bill showing we have HD programming to qualify.

I had sent it. I sent again Priority mail with comfirmation & now they say they haven't received it when I know they have (proof online) and the offer has expired. Total ripoff - scam to get us to add the programming. Please let me know if they did this to you also - this smells like a class action lawsuit.

Also let me know if when you call to remove programming -you get the response from the Indian customer service "Our systems are down for 2 hours while we do a system upgrade." I've called 3 times and they said this each time. I finally told the guy "I know you are lying - this is the 3rd time you people have said this." He asked me to hold and then 'suddenly' got in and was able to drop one of our premium services. Please let me know if this has happened to you.
