MODEL SCOUTS ripoff ripoff

My daughter was scouted at a wallmart in honolulu hawaii we were ask to bring a check to hold a spot for our daughter, but were told that they would hang on to the check of $795.00 untill they could bring our daughter back in to talk with her more. We never signed anything or made any agreement other than to sit down and talk. They cashed our check in 2 days and wont return any of our calls. At this point we will proably have to sue.

They are not just rip off artist but they are heartless liers. And i hope they all burn in hell. This my daughters college money. We teach our children to be honest and trusting and people really take advantage of this. Please make this pigs pay[JAIL] RETURN OUR MONEY. How can they keep money with no written contract. That is like finding a check and cashing it.
