Dish TV: Bait & Switch. Contracted Services No longer delivered

Contracted DISH TV through AT&T. To qualify for service at desired level, we were required to purchase all programming tiers under that which we desired.
Five months into an 18 month contract, the programming I was promised at time of contract, was dropped by DISH TV. This programming constituted an entire suite of channels from VOOM NETWORKS.
When finally I was able to reach someone on the telephone about dropped programming, I was told that no one watched the programming and so it was canceled. I was also told that this cancellation of programming (which was the sole reason I contracted DISH TV servces), did not release me from my contracted obligations.
DISH TV then proceeded to tell me what they had "given" me in exchange for the VOOM programming - one new channel that I did not have before.
When I mentioned to representative that I was paying for 250 channels that technically
add up to only about 125 channels of programming, they told me that they give me 200 channels and they can't help it if I have CNN 5 times or ABCFAMILY channel repeated 4 times in my programming lineup.
When I asked them if 200 channels of the same network would constitute their obligation to me to provide 250 channels of programming, I was told YES.

DISH TV sold me a package of services which they then eliminated. I am obligated to remain a DISH TV customer until the end of my contract - or pay a disconnect fee.

DISH TV baits potential customers with offers of programming no other company offers, then switches to the same programming offered by every other cable company once you sign the contract.
