This company along with all of its employee's and affiliates are all liars cheater and true criminals. Lets start from the top the self proclaimed mortgage professor who uses a real company to portray himself as such (the mortgage professor who he is not). Michael has a long criminal record stringing from sexual predatory crimes, to fraud and DWI's and drugs. He is in his mid 30's and spent almost 10 years in prison in the states of California, Ohio and Florida. Then you have Alan Lueck who spent 22 years of his 43 year old life in prison in Wisconsin for sexual assualt and battery, armed robbery and drug trafficing. Along with the string of other individuals who call themselves proffessionals who all work out of an 700 square foot boiler room above a warehouse in the warehouse district of Florida not in a business district for those local go and visit. I am sure they will have an excuse why you cannot come or why the office is what it is. Then move on to Sharon and Megan and Jennifer who claim to be negotiating mortgage specialist well first there is no such thing. The only thing they care about is collecting fee and I STRESS THEY PERFORM NO SERVICE! The only modifications they do are the same ones that we all can do ourselves by calling our lenders and simply ask for the making home affordable plan pass by President barack Obama that ALL lenders are participating in.

What kind of company would let your home foreclose because you didnt give them there final 500 payment? I also stress to all clients that if they claimed they started the process call you lender and ask if they have record of anyone negotiating on your behalf. They will say no. Its also illegal for any company especially one that does not staff an attorney and even if they did the CANNOT take any upfront fee's from you if you are 90 or more days down!

I could go on and on the bottom line is this company doesnt do any of what they state they are part of the mortgage and modification scams that are out there. Please to all potential clients and clients STOP NOW! Furthermore if they do not complete the service which generally should take no more then 45 calendar days by law your entitled to a full refund of all monies paid by the consumer. If you call the Florida attorney generals office of the Banking department you will see if all of this is true. The are not even liscensed to do business in any state of this country.

I hope this email was informative enough that it will make homeowners more educated. Please realize that you should not deal with any modification company as an industry there success rate is less then 25% moreover they are only doing a process that the goverment has already passed a law for the lenders that they have to do a modification. If a 3rd party defends you on your behalf the deal you will get will be a lot less then if you did it yourself because they know that you paid a fee for the service and if you had that money why didnt you pay your mortgage.
