Stress Relief Mortgage
Was hired to do a loan modification

Stress Relief Mortgage promised to do a loan modification and failed to perform. The total charge was 2995.00 I advanced $1000.00 dollars no process was done. I called my mortgage company and they had no knowledge of Stress Relief Mortgage. Stress Relief Mortgage was adamant about getting the balance however no loan modification was processed. I asked them to give me my money back and they refused to acknowledge my request, my phone calls were ignored as well as my emails. I drove to the office three times and the office was closed. However their hours state 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; not true. I finally was able to find the office open on August 6 and Andy was called on the phone by Crystal who then stated that I was not entitled to a refund. However, there was no written notices or acknowledgments to my prior requests.
