Civic Center Financial - The Law Office Of Michael Yellin COMPLETE LOAN MODIFICATION FRAUD

Civiccenterfinancial.com/The Law Office of Michael Yellin contacted me in Feb after I started searching for an attorney backed loan modification company to negotiate a loan mod with my 1st mortgage servicer HOMEQ. I was guaranteed a 100% refund if the company failed to land a loan modification and told that they would not take my case is they were not 99% sure they could complete a successful loan modification. At that point I was only one month behind on my 1st mortgage. They emailed me their "agreement" and told me that I had to pay $1595.00 up front as deposit and that they would work out the other $1400.00 within the following 2 monthes after they started the process. When I told them I would have to borrow the money they told me not to pay my mortgage and that I needed to be at least 3 monthes delinquent before the mortgage servicer would even consider it. Due to the mortgage crisis I had been laid off from my $15.50 per hour job with our local utility and had to fall back on my part time job at Wal-Mart. I still had to borrow the money from my parents. I am now $9000.00 behind on my mortgage. To date I have paid $2295.00 to The Law Office of Michael Yellin, I have never spoken with that attorney and Civic Center Financial LLC has failed to produce a loan modification. When I requested a refund I was told that I had failed to do everything that they had told me to do and that I was not eligible for a refund. I have repeatedly requested a full refund both by phone and by email and have been completely ignored. There is no proof that The Law Office of Michael Yellin even exists and Civic Center Financial LLC is nothing more than a fraudulent sales office promising something they cannot produce.
