Massive Scam, just jerking around the people they take money from!

After buying into the "free" program they offer, I found out that my account was charged the ungodly $189 for the discs. Without even opening them (and being marked by the post office that the box appeared to have been tampered with, by being opened already but delivered just the same) I returned the discs back to the company, with a return authorization number, and tracking number so that I could ascertain when they arrived, and schedule my refund appropriately.

When they DID get back, however, I was given the runaround that a refund may take up to 21 business days to process. I thought Why? It takes little to no time to take it out, but forever to get it back? I bided my time, and within 21 days, I still had no refund. I called them back, only to be told that because one of the days was a holiday, (Labor Day) it would be the NEXT day for a refund. So I waited.

Next day came, no refund. I called again, and was told by an operator that I should not listen to the others, they did not know WHEN the money would get back to me, and that nobody over there even knew when money was refunded! I asked for a corporate number, which they did did NOT give me. Everything sounded worse and worse. The operator assured me that the money would get there very soon.

I called about a week ago, and was told my request could be escalated, and would guarantee my refund within seven to ten business days. That would make it deposited into my account on the 23rd of June. Already my bank accound is overdrawn because of their inability to deliver money which is RIGHTFULLY mine, but guess what? Got another call today, this time saying that the person who signs the check has gone to vacation, and unfortunately, was not able to sign my refund over to me, but she would be back on the 7th of July. That's right, apparently the ONLY person who is authorized to release money goes on a two-week vacation and neglects to refund me my money which to this date, I have been waiting for for over six weeks.

I think Video Professor is a HUGE scam. Why this operation has not been shut down, I don't know. I can just envision these people taking other people's money, and amassing huge interest off of it, and trying to make these poor unfortunate people wait as long as they can until they are at a breaking point, or ready to sue, then they give you what you want. Or worse yet, they act like the "carrot in front of a horse" bit, leading people on and on until the victims either give up or die, so Video Professor won't have to refund the money. Like that commercial says, "It's My Money, and I Want It NOW!!!"
